Getting Certified
I Hear You uses Mental Health First Aid certifications to educate its participants in mental health. Mental Health First Aid is from the National Council of Wellbeing and delivers a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance abuse issues.
In-person or online certifications are approximately 6.5 hours long and cost $50. Sponsorship opportunities are often available which put the course at no cost to the participant.
